She had been ill but a few days, pneumonia developing from a slight cold, which she suffered during the past week. Four children were born of the union, two of whom, Louis J. and Anita, preceded their mother in death. The passing of Mr. Hauck occurred January 6, 1900. The two children left are Mrs. Paul (Flora) Miller of Meadville, Pa., and Edgar Hauck of Youngstown, Ohio. There are six grandchildren.
